Machining process services

Zenit-BelOMO, JSC can perform the following types of machining process services:
• complex processing of a wide range of parts using universal, special and specialized machines, including machining on single-spindle turret lathes (ф up to 50 mm) and longitudinally-shaped turning machines (ф up to 10 mm, L up to 70 mm), machining of body parts on machining centers (table 300 × 300). Materials of machined parts - constructional steel, non-iron metals and their alloys;
• casting from aluminum and zinc alloys under pressure;
• rubber processing by direct extrusion and injection molding;
• sheet-metal stamping by double-action presses, by presses of clean cutting and by other equipment with pressure from 6 tonnes to 100 tonnes;;
• preprocessing of parts before coating by sandblasting and polishing;
• galvanic coating of parts with zinc, nickel, chromium, anodizing, chemical oxidation of steel, brass, aluminum and its alloys;
• painting of details with enamels and powder paints;
• design and manufacture of moulds, casting moulds, die toolings, cutting and auxiliary tools, both of our own making and according to customer's drawings;
• manufacturing of non-standard metal structures according to customer's drawings.
